INEXAHUB S.A.S provides customised marketing services under written agreements. This policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations and adjustments, in accordance with Colombian consumer protection law (Law 1480 of 2011).
Because our services are custom-tailored to each client — strategy, creative, media planning and campaign management — work typically begins as soon as a proposal is accepted and initial payment is received. Time, materials and work invested are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
Any deposit or advance payment at engagement start is applied to the initial phase of work and is non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or where we're unable to deliver due to reasons solely attributable to us.

Under Colombian consumer protection law (Ley 1480 of 2011), consumers have rights regarding withdrawal ("retracto"). Because our services are B2B marketing engagements under bespoke agreements, standard consumer withdrawal rights may not apply the same way. Where eligible under Article 47 of Law 1480, you have five business days from proposal acceptance to withdraw, provided work has not commenced.
If not satisfied with any deliverable, contact us within 10 business days of receipt. We'll work in good faith to review, revise or adjust the work within the scope agreed. Additional work outside scope is quoted separately.
